Shared responsibility

Our website and reservation platform are built on Lovable's hosting and managed backend. Lovable provides the underlying infrastructure, authentication services, and database platform. Tejmohall Enterprise is responsible for the data we collect, how we use it, and the choices we make inside our application.

Access & authentication

  • Guest accounts use email & password or Google sign-in through our managed authentication provider.
  • Bookings, event inquiries, and restaurant reservations require a signed-in account so each record is bound to its submitter.
  • Administrative access to the property management dashboard is restricted by role and not available to standard guest accounts.

What we collect

To provide our services, we collect information you submit through our forms, including:

  • Account details: name, email address, and optional phone number.
  • Reservation details: check-in / check-out dates, guest count, room or hall selected, occasion notes.
  • Contact details for events and dining inquiries.

Payments are currently handled as a placeholder; no card data is stored on our servers. When live payment processing is enabled, transactions will be handled by a PCI-compliant third-party provider and we will update this page accordingly.

Who can see your data

Database access rules ensure each guest can only see their own bookings, event inquiries, and dining reservations. Hotel administrators can view operational records to fulfil and service your reservation. We do not sell guest information to third parties.

Retention & deletion

Reservation and account records are retained for as long as needed to operate our hospitality services and meet local record-keeping obligations. To request deletion of your account or a specific reservation, contact our concierge using the address below.
